Bea was the baby sister of Dennis the Menace, living in Beanotown.

After several celebrities crashed in a hot-air balloon in Beanotown, Dennis the Menace promised to fix the balloon for them. (COMIC: Dennis the Menace in Balloonatics (part 1) [+]Loading...{"part":"1","1":"Dennis the Menace in Balloonatics (comic story)"}) As part of this, he recruited Bea to fart into a tube connected to the balloon, filling it up, with Dennis remarking that "Sometimes having a baby sister is useful after all!".
