Peter Brachacki (born Kazimierz Piotr Brachacki in Dobiensko, Poland on 30 January 1926-14 November 1980[1]) was (along with Barry Newbery) designer for the first ever Doctor Who serial, An Unearthly Child.
He therefore also designed the original TARDIS control room and the first TARDIS prop, which would continue to be used until the end of Season 13. He is sometimes credited as Peter Brachaki.

In the docudrama An Adventure in Space and Time, he was portrayed by David Annen.
