Terence Alexander (11 March 1923-28 May 2009[1]) played Lord Ravensworth in the Doctor Who television story The Mark of the Rani.
He was previously considered for the role of Captain Stapley in Time-Flight. (TCH 35)
Career[[edit] | [edit source]]
Alexander was best known for playing Charlie Hungerford, the titular character's shady ex-father in law, in Bergerac. He also appeared in the 1973 film The Day of the Jackal, and had regular roles as Co-pilot Bill Dodds in children's series Garry Halliday and Montague "Monty" Dartie in nine episodes of The Forsyte Saga.
