Originally from East Gallifrey, in the Red Forest Conurbations, (AUDIO: Damned If You Do [+]Loading...["Damned If You Do (audio story)"]) Kransa was a cadet (AUDIO: Damned If You Don't [+]Loading...["Damned If You Don't (audio story)"]) in the Celestial Intervention Agency, training under Narvin. She moved to the Capitol after her father was involved in a workplace accident at the manufactory, (AUDIO: Damned If You Do [+]Loading...["Damned If You Do (audio story)"]) leaving her scarred as well. (AUDIO: Damned If You Don't [+]Loading...["Damned If You Don't (audio story)"])

Narvin saw her as a keen student, able to speak her mind but ultimately following his lead, as his subordinate. He felt responsible for her safety, and made an effort to foster a relationship. She joined him underneath the Capitol as they searched for 5 missing students from the Academy, three of whom weren't Time Lords.

They found the students stuck in pockets of frozen time, and soon met the Shade of Portent. Soon enough, Kransa froze in time as well, not having had the Untempered Schism exposure of Time Lords of "higher rank", with chapter affiliations.

Afterwards, she seemed to have been erased, as a "cost" for the knowledge that the Shade of Portent passed on to Narvin. Once he exited that chamber in the catacombs, he could no longer remember she existed. From time to time, the word "Kransa" would come back to him, but he could not place why. After being erased[[edit] | [edit source]]

She later appeared as a member of the Chancellery Guard during the Last Great Time War, offering to take Narvin's place in sacrificing himself on Askran. She inexplicably called him "Coordinator", and echoed her past comments about his value and importance.

This finally stirred up Narvin's long-lost memories, including visions about the last day of the Time War given to him by the Shade of Portent. He realised that she had been "Oublietted".

Return to the timeline[[edit] | [edit source]]

She later disappeared again, replaced by the Time Shade who had erased her. They explained that Narvin's guilt had given her form. In return for saving the Time Shades, he returned her to her proper place and time. In the new timeline, she graduated with honours at the CIA, but soon died in a house fire back home.

The Shade of Portent regarded Kransa as an "ephemeral" who "did not matter in the end", and chose her as the cost simply to provoke Narvin, as "bait". (AUDIO: Damned If You Don't [+]Loading...["Damned If You Don't (audio story)"])
