Mr. Wiffy was a nickname given to an alien prisoner due to its foul smell. Mr. Wiffy was one of the many aliens who came to Earth and were captured by The Department and sent to Dauntless Prison. He along with the rest of the prisoners were set free by K-9 and his friends. (K9TV: Liberation)
