Galah was a female Time Lord who lived a long tedious life being a Gallifreyan sculptor and a pacifist.
She went to the Time Lord Academy with The Doctor but were never close, due to a difference of opinions regarding the nature of good and evil. Galah beleived that goodness was a state of being and not a process.
