Linda was a woman who who was picked up in a bar by Owen Harper. The woman appeared to be on her own and to facilitate a sexual encounter he used a cologne acquired from Torchwood. On leaving the bar with him her boyfriend (Colin), drunkenly proceeded to start a fight before Owen used the cologne on him too. (TW: Everything Changes)
