The CCPC or Robo Fuzz were robots used as police in London in 2050(K9TV: Regeneration) CCPC stood for Cybernetic Civic Pacification. (K9TV: The Korven)

Appearance and abilities

The CCPC were used by the Department, both on the street and in faculties like the Dauntless Prison. (K9TV: Regeneration, Liberation) They constantly patrolled the streets. (K9TV: Liberation) Certain units or squads of CCPC were commanded by Department Inspectors. (K9TV: Alien Avatar) They had different accents depending on what Department country they operated in, British CCPCs spoke in "cop slang". They were quite tall and had greater strength than a Human. They had limited intelligence and were slow, but were relentless. They were able to fire red Lasers from their palms capable of stunning or killing. (K9TV: Aeolian)

CCPC's were featured in Propaganda messages frequently broadcast across London at night, stating their purpose to Protect and Serve. (K9TV: Regeneration, Liberation, The Last Oak Tree)

The CCPC were first put into use in 2048 when Inspector Turner made the decision to replace Human law enforcement officers with cyborgs. (K9TV: The Last Precinct)

CCPCs guarded the site of the crashed Korven ship in the frozen wastes of Canada. (K9TV: Angel of the North)

CCPC's pursued dissidents such as Stark Reality. When he was found trying to replace a Propaganda message with his own message, the CCPC chased him and Jorjie. They were able to escape, but captured him when Darius reported them. When a Jixen warrior hunting Starkey broke into his cell, a CCPC walked in to find out what was going on. The Jixen then punched the CCPC, Starkey managed to use this diversion to escape. (K9TV: Regeneration) The CCPCs continued to follow Starkey until his criminal records were erased. When the Department planted a bomb to a ferris wheel's controls as a publicity stunt, the CCPC were used to keep back civilians (as well as stop the bomb from actually being removed). (K9TV: The Bounty Hunter)

When a protester was speaking out against the CCPC violence, the CCPCs arrested her. After Jorjie, Starkey and K9 tried to help her, the CCPCs brought and tested the Inhibitor gun on them. The gun misfired, destroying the CCPC who fired it. (K9TV: Sirens of Ceres)

When an unknown entity was found in a wardrobe, the CCPCs guarded it. When Drake planned to destroy it, the CCPCs brought the bomb that was to be used. (K9TV: Fear Itself)

During a press conference about the introduction of the microchip, the CCPCs were used as security. Despite this, they were unable to protect Drake from "K9". (K9TV: Jaws of Orthrus)

When two Anubians landed in London two CCPCs tried to stop them but were knocked out by the Anubian energy attack, when the Anubians invasion was foiled CCPCs arrested the two Anubians. (K9TV: The Curse of Anubis)

Two CCPCs stopped K9 and Starkey as they were about to go fishing. K9 explained what fishing was to them, they, along with K9, didn't understand it and he told them "You and me both brother". As they left he referred to them as "morons" and that they gave robots a bad name. (K9TV: Alien Avatar)

In Drake's plan to gain the ability to spy anywhere without being seen, even LOMAXX, he captured a Medes starship. The CCPCs were used to interrogate and even torture the two Medes. They also patrolled the Qualon 37 manufacturing factory. (K9TV: Alien Avatar)

When the Aeolian's mating call caused storms across the United Kingdom, Drake managed to find the Aeolian in the High Cross Cathedral and went there along with four CCPCs. He had the CCPCs stun the Aeolian. Drake ordered the CCPCs to take her out, but were ordered to stand down when K9 threatened to kill them. During the crisis Darius called some CCPCs to help him get Jorjie of the debris after her celling collapsed on her. (K9TV: Aeolian)

When the Great Oak was stolen from a Museum, the thief left behind an alien substance which caused electromagnetic interference in the CCPCs in the area, causing them to malfunction. (K9TV: The Last Oak Tree)

Several CCPCs were experimented on and implanted with Human genetics. The only successful one was UNIT 18FEB6, also known as Birdie. The rest were liquidated, Thorne then ordered all CCPCs in London to hunt him. Darius and Mariah managed to get Birdie to a safe place. (K9TV: Mutant Copper)

When Gryffen helped Taphony escape from her prison she was halted by two CCPCs. She aged them to dust. (K9TV: Taphony and the Time Loop)

In Thorne's plan to gain K9's Regeneration circuit using Crashclub, a CCPC was modified and became the Pain-Maker. (K9TV: Robot Gladiators)

When Thorne and Gryffen travelled to the site of the crashed Korven ship to find the temporal stabiliser, they were accompanied by two CCPCs. Gryffen lost the stabiliser when the CCPCs took Gryffen away from the pods and demanded to know what was in them. Gryffen was able to find the stabiliser when K9 distracted the CCPCs using animal noises but was chased by them. When he escaped outside from an attacking Korven the CCPCs ran into it, the Korven fired at them and they fled. A CCPC later reported to Thorne that Gryffen was gone and Starkey had the stabiliser. The Last Precinct, a vigilante group of former police officers who lost their jobs due to Inspector Turner's decision decided to use The Department's plan to upgrade the CCPC officers with extraterrestrial biotechnology against them. The ring leader and Darius' estranged father, Sgt. Harry Pike with the assistance of his second-in-command, a scorned ex-forensic scientist was able to kidnap the CCPC officers in question and experiment on them. They barged into Gryffen Manor, originally a police station, the one where Pike was based and Darius spent most of his childhood. They restrained K-9, Gryffen and the youngsters and infected the CCPC Chief, nicknamed "Green Hand" with a biological computer virus to target both his organic and cybernetic components. He would than pass it on to his troops and they would become the puppets of The Last Precinct. They could than make the CCPC do their bidding, finally proving that they are useless, convincing The Department to have them disbanded and replaced with the classic Human police officers of the past. However the CCPCs' immune systems kicked in and they snapped out of it, becoming their own separate individuals with thoughts and feelings all their own. Now on no-one's side, the CCPC sought to clean up the streets of humanity but K-9 managed to use a Jixen DNA sample derived from the Jixen slime on Starkey's jacket to create a vaccine and immunize the CCPC of the computer virus thus returning them to normal. The Last Precinct was than disbanded with the members thrown in prison. (K9TV: The Last Precinct)

Behind the scenes

• The CCPC were created to fill in for the Cybermen from Doctor Who
• The CCPC are similar to Robocop in the respect that they are both cyborg law enforcement officers made of flesh and steel. However the CCPC are far more susceptible to Human weaknesses such as catching a cold or falling asleep due to them being 75% man and only 25% machine.
