The Hydax becomes a castle surrounded by a village. (DW: State of Decay)

A planet with an unknown name was chosen as the hiding-place of the Great Vampire King. Fleeing the Time Lord-Vampire War, the King Vampire took the Hydrax human ship as a source of blood and traveled into E-Space through a CVE.

K9 reported it had high technological prowess but the peoples were primitive. This was due to the Three Who Rule's ban on advanced technology. The scans were lilkely registering the Hydrax as the high technology. The inhabitants did have some hidden technology such as Radio transmitters.

Centuries passed on the planet and the Hydrax eventually became the castle of the Three Who Rule while the village resembled a level 2 planetary civilization. (DW: State of Decay)
