Klechton was a planet in Mutter's Spiral, close to the refuelling station on Hurala. The Doctor described it as ‘pretty dull’. (NSA: Prisoner of the Daleks)
Due to it's close proximity to Hurala, Klechton was likely located in the Lasron solar region in the Kappa Galanga Sector
