The Seretti dimension is a plane of existance outside of "normal" space. It was home to a race called the Vishklar' who fed on emotion( fear in particular) and could manipulate dreams. Not much else is known about it, but it is posssibly the "place" where the mind goes when it dreams. (SJA: The Nightmare Man).
