The Victim was a male human living in Cardiff in the 21st century. He was walking towards his car when a mugger grabbed him and held a knife to his throat. Captain John Hart appeared who grabbed the mugger and threw him over the edge. Hart then threatened to throw the Victim off as well but let him go after he promised to say that he was never there. (TW: Kiss Kiss Bang Bang)
