The Arcal Chapter (plural Arcalians) was the second-most (after the Prydon Chapter) of the six Time Lord Chapters or Colleges, for more this reason their graduates receive the second-most advanced Rassilon Imprimaturs. (source?) Arcalians wore green and brown robes. (DW: The Deadly Assassin)
