Sally Phelan was a young bride-to-be turned into a Cyberman. She was going to marry a man named Gareth Evans.
Profile
Before her wedding, Sally Phelan was "upgraded" into a Cyberman. Nevertheless, she still remembered her past life. She tried to attack the Doctor and Mrs Moore. Mrs Moore activated an electromagnetic pulse bomb to disable her. The Doctor pulled away the Cyberman's emotional inhibitor before she died , causing her emotions to return (and she comments how she feels cold). It is through this event that the Doctor realised how to defeat the Cybermen.(DW: The Age of Steel)
