Oswald Fox was a resident of Poseidon Eight. When the sickness struck, he locked-down the entire community in order to prevent the sickness from spreading before attempted to evacuate the entire commuity back to the surface through the use life pods, until The Doctor informed him that they would be infested with Vashta Nerada.
