Rhys Jones was one of the visual effects designers on Frontier in Space, along with Bernard Wilkie. Though only credited on the first and sixth episodes, the heavily redacted credits of the middle episodes suggest no other persons who could have been responsible for visual effects on the serial.
Little is known of his career beyond this one credit.
