The Acteon Galaxy was the galaxy in which Metebelis III was located.
Inter Minor may also have been in the Acteon Galaxy, as the Doctor expected to have wound up somewhere else in the galaxy when he learned he had overshot Metebelis III. (DW: Carnival of Monsters)
The Doctor's TARDIS ended up near the galaxy whilst escaping from the Time Lords' time torpedoes. (BFA: Neverland)
