The King of Beasts was the leader of the Babewyns. After the destruction of Gallifrey, the King of Beasts escaped the Kingdom of Beasts to Earth. The Eighth Doctor killed the King of Beasts with his sonic screwdriver to close off the Kingdom of Beasts to other places in the universe. (EDA: The Adventuress of Henrietta Street)
