The Tenth Doctor was a possible future incarnation of the Eighth Doctor.
Biography
The tenth incarnation came into being when his previous self regenerated after the Daleks exterminated him on the planet Tersurus.
This very short-lived incarnation called himself "cute, sexy and lick-the-mirror handsome". An overly confident and flirtatious personality, he referred to his companion Emma as "the only companion I've ever... had", and commented that the Master had "nice tits", which were really Dalek etheric beam locators. He noted that, in this new body, he felt he would be very good at rewiring.
He regenerated when trying to fix the Daleks' broken zectronic beam and turned into his next incarnation. (DW: The Curse of Fatal Death)
Behind the scenes
- Richard E. Grant later played the Ninth Doctor in Scream of the Shalka.
- Like The Curse of Fatal Death, this incarnation of the Doctor was not considered canon. However, EDA: The Tomorrow Windows later brought him into canon as a possible future incarnation.
