Rassilon's gauntlet was a weapon used by Lord President of the Time Lords, Rassilon.
History
Rassilon used the glove to disintegrate another Time Lady when she told him it may be better that the Time Lords died. Along with other Time Lords, Rassilon escaped the Time Lock and travelled to Earth. He used it to destroy the Master's facial template set upon the humans. He then also attempted to kill both the Master and the Tenth Doctor, but failed to kill either. (DW: The End of Time)
Although it is never referred to as such on screen, this item could well be called the "Gauntlet of Rassilon", considering so many other things are called the "### of Rassilon".
