Brarshak was an Ogron Ambassador who took part in diplomatic negotiations with the Draconians and Sontarans. These were set up by the Tenth Doctor in a bid to repair the damage his younger self had caused to the Ogron economy. Upon first discovering the Doctor's identity, Brarshak attacked the Doctor, until restrained by the Draconian and Sontaran who were prisoners in the same cell. (IDW: Fugitive)
