This topic might have a better name.

Likely shouldn't have been moved from Miranda (Doctor Who), as that follows proper nomenclature according to our MOS.

Talk about it here.

This article is about the wife of Bruce named Miranda. For other uses of the name Miranda in the Doctor Universe, see Miranda.

Miranda was the partner of Bruce, the paramedic whose body was taken over by the Master.

Biography

Miranda suffered from lack of sleep caused by Bruce's severe snoring, a problem rectified when the Master took over his body, though she was unaware of this. The next morning, she was killed by the Master when he broke her neck. (DW: Doctor Who)

Behind the scenes

  • Although her exact relationship with Bruce is ambiguous on-screen, the published script and the novelisation identify her as his wife.
  • The novelisation gives her full name as Miranda Gerhardt.
  • Miranda was played by Eliza Roberts, the real-wife of Eric Roberts who played Bruce and The Master in the TV movie.
