([[BFDE]]: ''[[Dalek Empire II: Dalek War]]''). Like [[Davros]] or the [[Dalek Emperor]] she is the commander-in-chief of the "Alliance Daleks", and the centre of the computer network. She is psychic, with only another pyschic being (such as [[Kalendorf]]) able to block her probes. Although she is more inclined to work with aliens then the local "enemy Daleks", she is as dogmatic and driven as them, anyone who deviates from her ideology and commands are the enemy and to be exterminated.

The Mentor was the leader and creator of the Daleks from an alternate universe.

The Mentor's Daleks were created to serve as guardians of peace and order within their universe. (BFDE: Dalek Empire II: Dalek War).
