- 1913 - John Smith and Nurse Redfern attended the Farringham village dance, that was attacked by the Family of Blood. (DW: Human Nature / The Family of Blood)
- 1918 - A ceasefire effectively ended World War I. Armistice Day, was the date that would come to be known, was frequently marked by ceremonies. One such ceremony was attended by Tim Latimer and watched by the Doctor and Martha Jones. (known history, DW: The Family of Blood)
