- Bart Simpson of The Simpsons fame.
- Captain Britain (and at least one alternate-universe counterpart) from Marvel Comics
- The Doctor's fourth incarnation makes a brief appearance.
- One of Bonjaxx's gifts appears to have the general shape of K-9.
- There is an implication that the First Law of Time might related to meeting a previous/future incarnation of oneself.
- The trick of getting to Maruthea is not to be there at all, then you are.
- Bonjaxx may be from the Daemon like race seen in the DW annual strip Menace of the Molags
Notes
- The likeness of the 'future Doctor' is based on Nicholas Briggs who portrayed the Doctor in AudioVisuals series of audio dramas.
