The Dalek Flagship was the biggest Dalek warship in the new Dalek Fleet. It had housed the Dalek Emperor and his guards. The Emperor itself was wired into the ship. The ship was destroyed when Rose Tyler became the Bad Wolf entity. (DW: The Parting of the Ways)
