Kala was a human Time Agent from the 49th century.
Biography
Kala travelled back in time to 1933 alongside Jode and Fatboy. They were looking for an alien device capable of destroying worlds. After the device was activated, Kala wanted to use Fatboy's android ability to nuke/sterilise that area.
The Eighth Doctor convinced her otherwise and she helped him track down and destroy the device. (EDA: Eater of Wasps)
