Jacobean Cahil was a Captain serving on Snowbase Alpha on Alyx Pol-13 during the early 27th century.
Biography
On June 2614, the Daleks invaded Alyx Pol-13 and began planet clearance, starting with the destruction of Snowbase Beta. The colonists were unable to fight back, however, Jacobean ordered the Plasma Ice-Drills and Digger-Buggies to be powered up for war.
