This image is of the cover of an American comic book or a periodical containing mostly comic strips, or of an image related to the same. The copyright for it is most likely owned by either Polystyle Publications, Ltd., IPC Magazines, Marvel Comics, Panini Comics, Titan Publishing Group, Dell Comics, their legal successors, another comic publisher, or the artist who created the cover. It is believed that the use of this image;
- to illustrate an article discussing the publication in question
- on the TARDIS Doctor Who wiki, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikia, Inc,
qualifies as fair dealing under the laws of the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, and as fair use under United States copyright law. Other use of this image, on Wikia or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Fair use for more information.
