Julia Challis was a standby painter and standby scenic artist on Doctor Who during the RTD era. Her highest title during her time on Doctor Who was that of standby art director for the mini-episode, Music of the Spheres. She then continued to work for BBC Wales, but at Sherlock and Upstairs, Downstairs.
