Vyga 3 was a planetoid with a breathable atmosphere on which an Earth colony had settled around 2350. The city on the planetoid was surrounded by wasteland. It featured an eccentric mix of cultures which resulted in an ineffective legal and policing system controlled on the streets by gangs and Bosses (DWM: The Seventh Segment).
