The IATSE is a chapter of the North American I.A.T.S.E. union, based in Vancouver, Canada. It received on-screen, credited thanks for its assistance in making the 1996 tele-movie with Paul McGann. As of 2011, it is the only union to ever be credited on a Doctor Who adventure — even though British unions are known to have played a long and active role in the production of the programme.
