The Temporal stabiliser was a device that was essential when operating a space-time machine. The temporal stabiliser was used by the Time Lords, (DW: Planet of Fire) the Daleks, (BFA: The Time of the Daleks) and the Korven. (K9TV: Angel of the North, The Eclipse of the Korven)
History
Korven used temporal stabilisers in the Space-Time Manipulators on their ships, one of which crashed on Earth before 2050. The Department salvaged technology from the site of the crash in Canada. The STM was taken to Gryffen Manor in London so their expert, Professor Alistair Gryffen, could study it. However, they had missed the stabiliser, and it remained in the ship.
