Danny Bartock was the representative of the Ethics Committee on the Walker Expedition.
Biography
According to the Beast, he was a liar. He formed something of a flirtatious relationship with Rose Tyler, and it was his idea to create a psychic flare that would disable the Ood and perhaps break the hold over them that the Beast had. When that was successful, he, Rose, Toby Zed, and Zachary Cross Flane escaped from Krop Tor on a shuttle-ship just as the planet was sucked towards K37 Gem 5, the black hole that Krop Tor was orbiting.
