:Ordinary users can't. It's all part of a complex, but locked, template. There won't be a page such as "1st century BC". All BC years (to the extent that the Doctor really ever goes BC, which ain't often) are going to be on the page [[BC]]. That's why the template now directs you in the "previous" section to "BC". Sorry for the rapid-fire changes to your text on the page. Not an edit war; from my perspective it's just been edit conflicts. - Ordinary users can't. It's all part of a complex, but locked, template. There won't be a page such as "1st century BC".
