Ulysees Meregrass was an Anuran who had been one of the jailers of Volag Nok and the military advisor to the Mantasphids on Myarr. He also possessed one of the data chips of the Infinite. When the Mantasphid Queen tricked him, he stormed off only to be murdered by Baltazar. He needed a portable water tank to stop him from dehydating. (DW: The Infinite Quest)
