James Marsters (born 20th August 1962) in an American actor who played John Hart in the Torchwood episodes Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang, Fragments and Exit Wounds.
Marsters' is best known for his performances as the vampire Spike in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and its spin-off, Angel.
