This Detective Inspector found of Vanessa's corpse. It had been shrunk by the Master.
When he saw the Fourth Doctor and Adric, the Detective Inspector accused them of the murder. He and his officers arrested the Doctor and were about to take him to the Police station when Adric tricked them, letting the Doctor escape to the TARDIS.
