Basil Bailey (or Baz) was the leader of a gang at Coal Hill School.
Biography
With his gang, Baz dealt in illicit drugs. After he planned to move onto more powerful drugs, such as crack cocaine, Sam Jones reported him to the police. As they found none on him, he was freed. He obtained some of the cocaine from Machete Charlie on credit.
In revenge Baz and his gang attempted to force Sam to take the drugs so that she would be hooked on them. They chased her to Foreman's Yard where they encountered the Eighth Doctor. The gang attacked the Doctor who quickly knocked them down. They then fled and the police obtained the drugs when they arrested the Doctor.
