Anthony Debaeck played the French Newsreader in a number of Doctor Who, Torchwood and The Sarah Jane Adventures stories. They were: Army of Ghosts, Secrets of the Stars, Children of Earth: Day Three, and Children of Earth: Day Four.
Debaeck is one of only two actors to appear as the same character in all three BBC Wales series, the other being Lachele Carl as Trinity Wells.
