The Toclafane Rockets were giant rockets created by Human slaves under the control of the Toclafane in the Year that Never Happened. As the Master planned to wage war against the rest of the universe, every scrap of metal was taken and used in making the rockets.
All together there were 200,000 rockets. 100,000 were built in Russia and others were built in the United Kingdom as well as other places. Each rocket also had a black hole converter within it, so that if the Master wished so, he could activate them and Earth would be destroyed.
When the Doctor reversed time to stop prevent the Toclafane invasion, the rockets faded out of existence. (DW: Last of the Time Lords)
- It is unknown if the rockets were meant to carry the Toclafane through space. Since they could survive in the vaccum, perhaps the rockets were actually "missiles" and were going to be used for attack rather than transport.
