Caligaris Epsilon Six was a holiday planet active in the 77th and 78th century. It was designed and constructed to resemble a fantastic medieval European version of Earth, complete with genetically engineered dragons and animantronic fairies.
When the Doctor and Amy Pond visited in 7704, they found the planet under planetwide quarantine. (IDW: A Fairytale Life)
