:I intended the Panopticon to be a more specific community page, this site's counterpart to Wikipedia's Village Pump. I saw the Community portal as being a more general site map to the wiki community. - I intended the Panopticon to be a more specific community page, this site's counterpart to Wikipedia's Village Pump.
