Sheila Clark mysteriously dissapeared, on a Tuesday, in the department store, Sanderson & Grainger. She was infact taken by the Cybermen and converted. She was destroyed when Craig Owens foiled the Cybermen's attempt to convert him into a Cyber-Controller and overloaded their emotional inhibitors with "love". (DW: Closing Time)
She presumably worked at Sanderson & Grainger.
