{{SecHead}} is an attempt at introducing a standard sectional head into other templates which produces an "edit" link and otherwise looks as if the section head had been created directly on the target page in the traditional wiki markup:

{{SecHead}} itself is not meant to be placed directly on pages, as it only exists to be used inside other templates.
