Reset was the sixth episode in the second series of Torchwood.
Synopsis
Martha Jones arrives at Torchwood after reports of numerous deaths. A pharmasist has been injecting workers with Mayflies, the Mayflies cure all ilnesses before killing the patient and Martha Jones has got one...

- The newspaper clipping from DW: Boom Town can be seen on the door of the tourist information entrance to the Hub just before Martha shows her card to Ianto.
- In EDA: Alien Bodies, Unnatural History and Interference suggest that travelling in time and space (and specifically in the TARDIS) alters your biochemistry, while in NA: Deceit it is stated that the Doctor gives his companions some sort of widespectrum drug which alters the biochemistry to make is resistant to multiple things they might encounter.
