Ulysees Meregrass was an Anuran who had been one of the jailers on the prison planet Volag-Noc and the military advisor to the Mantasphids on the planet Myarr. He also possessed one of the data chips of the Infinite. When the Mantasphid Queen tricked him, he stormed off only to be murdered by Baltazar.
