Born Anthony Lee Dow in Hollywood, California, on 13 April 1945, Tony Dow was the visual effects producer for Doctor Who. He is, however, best known for his role as Wallace "Wally" Cleaver, the title character's older brother, on the long-running American situation comedy, Leave It to Beaver (1957-1963).
