The Arkonides were an advanced species which inhabited the planet Arkon. The planet was ruled by the Robot Regent, whose palace was near the Tiffany's that the Tenth Doctor wanted to take Martha Jones to. The colour of nobility was yellow. (NSA: Wetworld)
