The hot, humid planet of Carsus was home to the pentagonal Library of Carsus.

The solar system which Carsus belonged to also included the planets Minerva, Schyllus, Tessus, Lakertya, Molinda, and the lifeless outer gas planets Hollus and Garrett.

The surrounding area of space was known for its spatio-temporal anomalies, including temporal waves, reports of strange matter fragments and chronic threads, and rumours of a supernova that exploded in the distant past but mysteriously left no traces. (PDA: Spiral Scratch)
